Factorbooks for Accountants: Working with NUCLEO
In the NUCLEO (Accountant-Connected) package, your client’s commercial, operational and financial processes run autonomously in Factorbooks; accounting and tax stay with you, and records are passed on by data transfer. For clients that bring accounting in-house, accounting also runs autonomously in VECTRA, NEXORA and IMPERA.
For clients that bring accounting in-house: entries are created with the transaction
In VECTRA, NEXORA and IMPERA, an accounting entry is not a separate data entry task. When an invoice, collection, payment or stock movement is recorded, the matching journal voucher is created with its descriptions. With less manual entry and fewer transfers, the risk of error drops and you can spend your time on review and advisory work.
Accounting and tax stay with you, processes run in Factorbooks
For your clients using NUCLEO, commercial, operational and financial processes run autonomously in Factorbooks; records reach you by data transfer and you keep accounting and tax work in your own software. For clients that bring accounting in-house, general accounting and tax management run autonomously in VECTRA, NEXORA and IMPERA, powered by Algorithmic Autonomous Management Technology; tax returns are prepared from accounting records and finalized with approval, and carried-forward taxes are tracked.

Key features in the Autonomous Accounting packages (VECTRA, NEXORA, IMPERA)
Automatic Opening Balance Sheet From Opening Entries

Matching Across Currencies and Transaction Types
Collections, payments and invoices are matched automatically, even across different currencies and transaction types. Open items and balances stay clear.
Real-Time Costing With the Perpetual Inventory Method
The Perpetual Inventory System recalculates quantity, unit cost and stock value with every stock movement. Cost of goods sold is recorded at the moment of sale.
Banking by Account Type
Deposit, time deposit and investment accounts are managed by type, and bank transactions are posted to accounting at the same time.
Income and Expenses by Activity Group
Income and expenses are tracked by activity group and sub-group, and cost and profitability analysis is built on this structure.
Multi-Expense Allocation on Invoices
An invoice amount is allocated across several expense types as it is recorded. No separate allocation entry is needed later.
Business Advances With Approval Flows
Business advances to staff and partners are paid and tracked after passing through defined approval steps.
Expense Management by Payment Source
Expenses are recorded by source (bank, cash, credit card or staff), so all spending can be tracked in one place.
Order Advances Received and Paid
Order advances received and paid are processed and tracked automatically.
Profitability by Product, Invoice and Customer
Profitability is calculated in real time by product, invoice and customer, without waiting for period-end.
Multi-Currency in Every Module

Symmetrical Accounting Entries at the Time of Transaction
The matching accounting entry is created automatically as soon as a commercial or financial transaction is recorded. No separate voucher entry is needed.
Commercial, Financial and Accounting Records in One
Commercial, financial and accounting processes run on the same data, reducing the need for transfers and reconciliation between records.
