Manufacturing

ERP software for chemicals, plastics and rubber manufacturing

Keep the cost and finance records of your chemical, plastics and rubber production on one platform, from raw material imports and formula-based batch production to lot tracking and stock valuation.

Currency-linked raw materials, batch-based production

In chemical, plastics and rubber manufacturing, a large share of raw materials is imported and priced in foreign currency. Inputs such as polymers, granules, additives and pigments are blended to a formula, and the same product is made in different batches from different raw material lots. Customers ask for batch-level information, while exchange rate movements keep changing costs and stock value.

In Factorbooks Autonomous ERP, a formula is defined as a production recipe; work orders record raw material consumption and finished goods receipt, and batches are tracked with Serial / Lot Management. Import expenses are allocated to cost through customs clearance allocation, and the Perpetual Inventory System updates stock value with every stock movement. Laboratory analysis, quality control and process data stay in your own systems; data can be exchanged through the API in the Integration Management add-on module.
