Operational Autonomy
Reduces human intervention and repetitive work. Economic events are recorded once under defined rules, and the related processes run autonomously.

Autonomous Business Management (ABM)
For a CEO or CFO, how a technology affects costs and profitability matters before how it works. See the economic benefits ABM delivers and calculate the return on investment with your own figures.
Look at ABM not as a technical feature but as economic gains a business owner understands directly.
Reduces human intervention and repetitive work. Economic events are recorded once under defined rules, and the related processes run autonomously.
Less repetitive workImproves resource use and economic efficiency. Costs are not just monitored but managed throughout business operations.
Lower costContinuous Cost OptimisationHelps detect risks early and make timely use of legal tax advantages.
Stronger profitabilityEnter your business parameters to calculate the financial, operational and efficiency gains ABM can deliver.
Enter your parameters to see the payback period, return on investment (ROI) and net gain on the chart, based on staff costs, gain rates and annual revenue. Results update as you change the values.

The calculation is an estimate based on the values you enter and the assumed rates; it is not a guaranteed result. An assessment specific to your business is made from your own data in the needs analysis. The lease cost uses the published annual fee of the selected ABM package and the extra-user unit price (excl. VAT); extra companies, warehouses, branches and modules are added in the quote. TRY and USD amounts use the current CBRT selling rates.
An economic benefit of ABM
Don’t just monitor your costs, manage them.
The ABM Algorithmic Autonomous Management System evaluates purchasing, stock, production, financing and operational processes as one integrated whole.
By identifying unnecessary costs, resource losses and inefficiencies, it helps continuously improve your business’s economic performance.
Lower cost. Higher efficiency. Stronger profitability.
Run the analysis with your own figures
| One-off cost assessment | Continuous cost optimisation with ABM | |
|---|---|---|
| Timing | Done once, for a given period | Continues throughout business operations |
| Data | Compiled from the data at that moment | Stays current with every economic event |
| Scope | A few selected processes | Purchasing, stock, production, financing and operations together |
| Outcome | A report and a list of recommendations | Detection, recommendation and rule-based execution; the effect is measured |
ABM helps optimise costs; it does not guarantee a specific savings rate. The effect depends on your processes, your data and the decisions taken.
ABM — Algorithmic Autonomous Management
Manage your business’s financial, operational and environmental resources with one integrated management approach.
Optimise resource use, reduce losses, see risks early and make stronger decisions for sustainable growth.
Sustainability is not only about preserving resources; it is about securing the future of the business.
We do not treat sustainability as separate ESG software, but as a natural result of ABM’s business management architecture.
ABM’s contribution to sustainability is not limited to the environment; it covers the economic, operational, corporate and regulatory resilience of the business together.
Supports the long-term economic resilience of the business through cost optimisation, cash-flow management, working-capital efficiency and early detection of financial risks.

Sustainability starts not with reporting, but with managing well.
| Measurement and reporting approach | ABM: management approach | |
|---|---|---|
| Focus | Measuring and reporting sustainability data | Contributing to sustainable outcomes by managing daily operations |
| Timing | At period end, looking back | With every economic event, as it happens |
| Data | Compiled from separate systems | Trade, operations, finance and accounting share the same data |
| Outcome | A report | Fewer losses, more efficient resource use, risks seen early |
The comparison explains ABM’s approach; it is not a general assessment of all sustainability software.
The integrated architecture of Factorbooks ABM provides a strong foundation for reducing unnecessary costs, resource losses and operational inefficiencies.
Traditional systems mostly record and report transactions that have happened. ABM evaluates the connected outcomes of economic events and aims to run the business’s daily operations more efficiently.
In a digitalising economy, sustainability also requires continuous regulatory compliance.
ABM’s integrated data and transaction architecture supports the management of digital record-keeping and reporting obligations.
Sustainable businesses do not only reduce today’s costs; they adapt to changing economic conditions, technologies and regulations.
Scope note: Factorbooks ABM is not an ESG reporting product. Indicators such as carbon footprint, energy consumption or ESG scores are not functions ABM calculates directly today; they may be evaluated in the future through integration of the related data.
The default rates are examples and can be changed. The calculation is an estimate based on the values you enter; it is not a guaranteed result. An assessment specific to your business is made from your own data in the needs analysis.
The ABM Corporate and Enterprise packages are offered under a long-term corporate operational lease model with annual payment. The analysis uses the annual fee of the selected package as published on the Packages page, plus the extra-user unit price for each user above those included (excl. VAT). Extra companies, warehouses, branches and add-on modules are added in the quote. TRY and USD amounts use the current CBRT selling rates.
No. Continuous cost optimisation is not a new module but one of the core economic benefits ABM delivers. Because purchasing, stock, production, financing and operations modules share the same data, cost effects are evaluated together.
The analysis calculates gains from month 6; the first months are treated as the setup, data migration and adoption period. The actual timing depends on the scope of the business.
It means legal tax advantages and obligations become visible in time, within the regulatory framework. ABM does not do tax planning; decisions are made by the business and its financial advisor.
We review the cost-benefit analysis with your own data and prepare the right ABM package and your annual quote.
