ERP software for entertainment, culture, sports and media

Track the budget of each event, season or production, membership and subscription revenue, sponsorship contracts and freelancer payments in the same accounting records.

Revenue and cost by event, season and production

Sports clubs, venues, concert and festival organizers, theaters and media companies earn revenue from tickets, memberships, sponsorship, advertising and broadcast rights. Costs arise per event or production: stage and equipment, venue rent, artist and freelancer fees, royalties. When these items are not gathered job by job, it becomes clear only late which event actually made money.

Factorbooks Autonomous ERP keeps events and productions on project cards, memberships in Subscription Management, venue rent in Rent Management and royalty payments in expense records. Project Management is included in VECTRA and the ABM packages. Ticketing, turnstiles and broadcast scheduling are outside the scope of Factorbooks; sales data can be transferred through the API in Integration Management.

Factorbooks Autonomous ERP for Entertainment, Culture, Sports and Media

What it brings to entertainment, culture, sports and media organizations

  • Profitability per event

In VECTRA and the ABM packages, sales, purchases, advances and budget for each event, season or production are gathered on the project card.

  • Membership and subscription revenue

Gym memberships and publication subscriptions are tracked in the subscription list, with each member's balance in the subscription account statement.

  • Royalties and freelancers

Payments to artists, writers and freelancers are posted to expenses with freelance receipts and services received records; withholding flows into the withholding return.

  • Sponsorship contracts

In the ABM packages, advertising, intellectual property and confidentiality contracts are stored by category.

  • Venue rent

Rent accruals and collections for pitches, halls and studios leased out are tracked against the contract.

  • Seasonal pricing

Sales price lists are in every package; period-based pricing and discount approvals are in SYNTRA and above.
