Manufacturing

ERP software for furniture and wood products manufacturing

Bring the records of your furniture and wood products business onto one platform, from store and dealer orders and recipe-based production to customer deposits and home and dealer deliveries.

Series and made-to-order production side by side

Furniture makers often produce standard models and custom-sized orders in the same factory. A single product is made of particleboard, MDF, solid timber, fabric, foam and hardware, and materials are bought and consumed in different units. When deposits, long lead times, dealer and store orders and the delivery plan live in separate places, order profitability and delivery dates become unclear.

In Factorbooks Autonomous ERP, each model gets a production recipe; the production plan is built from sales orders, and work orders record material consumption and finished goods receipt. Order deposits received are tracked separately, and deliveries are documented with outgoing e-Waybills. Panel cutting optimization and CNC machine data stay in your own systems; where needed, data can be exchanged through the API in the Integration Management add-on module.
