Manage bills of materials with many components, imported part costs, serial-numbered stock, dealer sales and after-sales requests on the same platform as your accounting.
In electrical appliance and electronics manufacturing, a single product is built from dozens, sometimes hundreds, of components. A large share of circuit boards, chips, cables, motors and housing parts is imported; lead times are long and costs move with the exchange rate. Finished products are tracked by serial number, and fault and return claims during the warranty period still need records after the sale.
Factorbooks Autonomous ERP keeps component requirements from Production Bills of Materials and Production Work Orders on the same platform as stock and purchasing records. Import costs are allocated to materials with Cost Allocation / Import Nationalization, and Production Costing carries that cost to the product. Production Management is included in SYNTRA and higher packages; Foreign Trade Management is an add-on in ERP packages and included in ABM packages.
Production Bills of Materials define the components and quantities of each product; Production Planning and work orders are based on that BOM.
Freight, customs and other costs in import files are allocated to the related materials with Cost Allocation / Import Nationalization.
With Material Serial / Lot Management, component batches and finished products are tracked by serial or lot number across stock movements.
Foreign currency purchases are tracked with multi-currency and Central Bank exchange rate management; exchange rate difference invoices are issued separately on the purchase and sales side.
Customer-specific prices, periodic pricing and discount approvals let you run dealer, retail chain and project sales on separate terms.
Support Requests and Service Requests link fault and service claims to the customer record; Service Management and SLA Management are available in ABM packages.
Define bills of materials, plan production and track it with work orders. Production Costing carries component and overhead costs to the product, and Production Performance and Production Reports & Analytics show production results. Included in SYNTRA and higher packages.
Define components on material cards with unit and brand details. Serial / lot management, goods receipt, warehouse transfers and stock reservations keep raw material, semi-finished and finished goods warehouses separate.
Track imported component supply file by file with import files, orders, letters of credit and shipments. Export files and invoices are in the same module. An add-on in ERP packages, included in ABM packages.
Manage component purchases with purchase contracts and purchase orders. Incoming e-Waybills (e-İrsaliye) and incoming e-Invoices are recorded on the same platform, and price difference and exchange rate difference invoices are issued separately.
Manage dealer sales with sales price lists, customer-specific prices and discount approvals. Sales orders, returns, outgoing e-Invoices and e-Archive invoices sit in the same module; for products subject to special consumption tax, the ÖTV-4 return is part of Tax Management.
Link fault, return and service claims to the customer record with Support Requests and Service Requests. In ABM packages, Service Management and SLA Management track service processes and response times.
