Manufacturing

ERP software for food and beverage manufacturing

Manage the inventory, cost and finance records of your food and beverage production on one platform, from raw material receipt and recipe-based production to batch numbers and retail and dealer shipments.

Recipe, batch and cost in the same record

In food and beverage manufacturing, raw material prices move with the seasons, shelf life is short, and you must be able to show which raw materials went into each batch and which customer received it. Purchases from farmers, orders from retail chains and dealers, returns and frequent price updates create a heavy transaction load in accounting.

Factorbooks Autonomous ERP links the production recipe to material consumption, the work order to finished goods receipt, and goods receipts and shipments to inventory and accounting records with lot details. Production Management is included in SYNTRA and higher packages. Quality control and laboratory records stay in your own system; where needed, data can be exchanged through the API in the Integration Management add-on module.
