Autonomous Business Management (ABM)

What Does ABM Deliver for Your Business?Lower cost. Higher efficiency. Stronger profitability.

For a CEO or CFO, how a technology affects costs and profitability matters before how it works. See the economic benefits ABM delivers and calculate the return on investment with your own figures.

Three core economic benefits

Look at ABM not as a technical feature but as economic gains a business owner understands directly.

Operational Autonomy

Reduces human intervention and repetitive work. Economic events are recorded once under defined rules, and the related processes run autonomously.

Less repetitive work

Continuous Cost Optimisation

Improves resource use and economic efficiency. Costs are not just monitored but managed throughout business operations.

Lower costContinuous Cost Optimisation

Financial Risk and Tax Optimisation

Helps detect risks early and make timely use of legal tax advantages.

Stronger profitability

Paid at the start (blue dot on the chart)

The calculation is an estimate based on the values you enter and the assumed rates; it is not a guaranteed result. An assessment specific to your business is made from your own data in the needs analysis. The analysis is offered for the VECTRA and NEXORA packages. The lease cost uses the published annual fee of the selected package and the annual extra-user unit price (excl. VAT). At the start, the annual package fee of the selected package and a setup cost of the same amount are paid, so net gain starts below zero; from year 2 on, only the annual package fee is paid at the start of each year; extra companies, warehouses and branches added in the price calculator on the packages page are included; option modules are added in the quote. TRY and USD amounts use the current CBRT selling rates.

Frequently asked questions

Where do the rates in the cost-benefit analysis come from?

The default rates are examples and can be changed. The calculation is an estimate based on the values you enter; it is not a guaranteed result. An assessment specific to your business is made from your own data in the needs analysis.

How is the annual package fee calculated?

The analysis is offered for the VECTRA and NEXORA packages; packages are sold annually. The analysis uses the annual fee of the selected package as published on the Packages page, plus the extra-user unit price for each user above those included (excl. VAT). At the start, the annual package fee of the selected package and a setup cost of the same amount are paid; for example, for VECTRA with 12 users (1 included + 11 extra) the annual fee is €9,500 + 11 × €400 = €13,900 and the setup cost is €13,900, so the chart starts at −€27,800. From year 2 on, only the €13,900 annual fee is paid at the start of each year. Net gain is the cumulative gain minus this total cost; break-even is the month in which gains cover the initial investment. Extra companies, warehouses and branches are included; option modules are added in the quote. TRY and USD amounts use the current CBRT selling rates.

Is continuous cost optimisation a separate module?

No. Continuous cost optimisation is not a new module but one of the core economic benefits ABM delivers. Because purchasing, stock, production, financing and operations modules share the same data, cost effects are evaluated together.

Do gains start in the first month?

The analysis calculates operational gains from month 6; the first months are treated as the setup, data migration and adoption period. Workforce efficiency gains follow a declining balance logic: from month 12, every 4 months, 25% of the staff not yet moved (at least 1 person) moves to value-adding work, so early steps are larger and later ones smaller. The total cannot exceed 60% of employees. For example, at most 12 of 20 employees move: 3 in month 12, 2 each in months 16 and 20, then 1 per step until month 40. The actual timing depends on the scope of the business.

What does tax optimisation mean?

It means legal tax advantages and obligations become visible in time, within the regulatory framework. ABM does not do tax planning; decisions are made by the business and its accountant.
